How we handle your data.
Visigent measures how AI systems describe your business. To do that we send prompts about your brand to third-party AI services, store what comes back, and — on the managed program — work inside your website and accounts under your approval. Here is exactly what that involves.

What we commit to
We do not train public AI models on your data.
Your prompts, results, reports and site content are used to deliver your service, not to train anyone's model.
Your data is deleted when you ask, and when you leave.
Request deletion at any time; on termination, customer data is deleted from production systems within a defined period stated in your agreement.
Access is limited to named staff.
Only Visigent employees who need access to deliver your service have it; the managed program's access to your site and accounts is granted by you, scoped to the work, and revocable by you.
Nothing is published without approval.
On the managed program, no change goes live on your site and no off-site placement is made without your sign-off.
Where it runs
Visigent's platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Production data is backed up on a regular schedule.

About the AI services
Measuring your visibility means asking the engines about you. The prompts we send contain your brand, category and competitor names and the questions a buyer would ask; they do not contain your customers' personal data. Each provider processes those prompts under its own terms. Their models change without notice; we track the changes, we don't control them.
Requests
Data access, correction or deletion requests: help@visigent.com. Security questions from your procurement or IT team: the same address; we'll answer a security questionnaire on request.
