Proven, not promised.

Every change we make is scored against what AI did next. Recommendation rate, citations and description accuracy, tracked weekly — and tied to the traffic, leads and pipeline that came from it.

What Prove does

Prove closes the loop. It records the change — a page rebuilt, a fact corrected, a mention earned — and watches what the models did in the runs that followed.

Three metrics carry the weight: your GEO Score, your recommendation rate across the engines, and the traffic and conversions attributed to AI in your own analytics and CRM. If a change moved nothing, the report says so, and the next pass adjusts.

Three numbers that connect

  1. GEO Score. The leading indicator — are you eligible to be recommended? Weekly, by signal, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and, on Agency, Grok.
  2. Recommendation rate. The outcome — how often the models recommend you when a buyer asks, with share of voice by competitor and category.
  3. Attribution. The result — visits from AI engines, and what they did: leads, pipeline, revenue, with a conversion-lift baseline against organic search.

Every change we make moves the first. Movement in the first maps to the second. The second maps to the third. The dashboard shows all three side by side so the relationship is visible, not asserted.

Which change moved which number

Each component of an action plan — on-site or off-site — is logged with a date. The tracker's weekly runs are compared before and after, by prompt and by model, so a lift in recommendation rate is attributed to the change that preceded it, and a change with no effect is recorded as such. Over time the recommendations stop being best practice and become measured effect: our data gets sharper with every intervention scored.

Attribution, set up once

AI-referral traffic is segmented in your analytics (referrer and UTM rules for each engine), conversions and pipeline are pulled from your CRM, and a baseline is set against organic search. From then on, every report shows AI-assisted leads and revenue next to visibility. Conner Hats' AI visitors converted at 4.4× organic — that number comes from this setup, not from us.

What you get, and when

Weekly: GEO score by signal, recommendation rate, share of voice, citations, description accuracy, alerts. Monthly: what changed, what moved it, what's next. Unlimited reporting on Agency; a dedicated strategist walks the managed program through it.
